The Chaser (Australia’s version of The Onion) made the news twice last week with their TV show:

An Australian kid duped Youtube into removing Chaser clips and one of the Chaser hosts got close to Hillary Clinton.

Here’s one of their skits goofing on the words ‘Al-Qaeda’ and ‘terrorist’ and here is Hillary Clinton on the Chaser:

There are some good videos in this top 50 of 2006 list, although I had only heard 3 or so of the songs before now. They have The Horrors clip there so I’m happy.

Anyone see Borat: Cultural Learnings…Kazakhstan? I cannot get enough of the Texas hunting ranch run by the anti-Semite. Now maybe I’m making an unnecessary mountain from a coincidental hill, but the Serenget(t)i Ranch mentioned in that clip seems to have been listed for sale last month. You can even see the same living room layout used in the movie clip (check the clip at the 32 sec. mark). It’s too bad HBO didn’t air that clip, but I’m sure plenty have seen it. I am curious how it is that this ranch survives like it does.
