Unless you were born on the date of a major offensive during a war or a major natural disaster, the younger you are would logically mean that more people died the day you were born- as the population is larger.
But, then again, the death rate is slowing and this may have a bearing on the total number of deaths on any given date.

123,299 died on 15/02/1961. Now is that 15th Feb based on my time (Australia), U.S. time, or the actual date in the time zone where the deaths occured?
