CelltradeUSA and Cellswapper are new services trying to make it easier for people to exit their cellphone contracts without having to pay the exorbitant termination fees. It’s not as easy it sounds so reading the fine print is crucial.

I have no opinion on either one, but according to CellSwapper’s “video for dummies”, the service seems to only works in Bizzaro USA, seeing as the USA map is backwards- twice!

This actually looks like a lot of fun, but I’d only do it without the surrounding cars. Almost every video site has this video, but most are either soundless or with annoying soundtracks. The below one has the original soundtrack with car and wind noise to boot (you may need to lower the volume). If you want a suitable soundtrack, here ya go.

A couple of side notes: Damn they have nicely paved roads! The sick twisted bastard in me now wants to see a video where the driver accidentally forces a skater over one of those lane bumps.

I was debating whether or not to post a video today and got completely sucked into browsing “1980s” on YouTube. Commercials, Go-Go’s, Church of Scientology ads, I seriously just wasted an hour of my life.

When you finally tire of playing PC games then it’s time to give Game-it-Yourself a shot. “Free Board and Card Games You Can Make Yourself” is the slogan and it’s fairly accurate.

I rarely write about new search engines since they are pretty much a dime a dozen these days, but SideKiq not only has meta-bility searching (has several traditional and vertical search engines, including Ask.com’s AskX), but also has a great unique layout.

Hardware Media & Radio’s one of my favorite music weblogs, and the addition of a spiffy online magazine (PDF file) only makes me like it more.

Fun Movie Quiz Part 4. Hint: Borat requires the full title. Oh, by “fun” it means “ridiculously difficult for Scott”. I gave up after getting 10 of them and now I feel like a movie idiot.
